Emily was unbelievable in every aspect of our trip. Every detail was listed for us and we didn’t have to worry about a thing all week. We were put in two top of the line resorts and couldn’t have been happier with how our honeymoon turned out. We can’t wait to use Traveluxe for future trips and let Emily work her magic again! We loved how everything was perfectly planned out and the quality of places we went!

Emily was amazing. We described what we were looking for in a vacation and within seconds she recommended Secret Bay. It was literally perfect. Emily also assisted with everything we needed leading up to travel. During our stay, she checked in once or twice but stayed in touch with the resort staff to make sure we were being well taken care of. Exceptional service. Her connections and knowledge are well worth it. The villa experience and isolation of Secret Bay was incredible.

Emily was delightful to work with and very knowledgeable of our destination. She was able to guide us in the right direction of where to spend our time. Most of our activities were scheduled for outdoors and when weather became a challenge, Emily was quick to react and help us switch gears to something else, so that our time was not wasted. When a flight in the trip got cancelled, she was also quick to respond to find us a place to stay. Due to the time differences, many of these last minute things, she was handling for us during the middle of the night her time. We appreciated her always being available to us and helping us plan an amazing trip!
